“These guys were an immense help. I came in needing the condenser for my hybrid car's AC replaced. They confirmed the problem and got right to work. I told Harry I had an appointment with another mechanic afterward to repair two of the panels on my car that I was holding in place with duct tape (broken tabs). He told me he'd take a look. He came back 5 min later saying he already fixed one, they're gonna fix the other momentarily, and that I can cancel that other appointment! Hahaha, that was pretty badass. Everything was pristine in the end. Fantastic price for the condenser replacement. For the panels, Alex even took off the duct tape residue and didn't charge for the panel repairs at all! “Aleks is a stand-up guy. He is honest and knows his craft. I have a 2013 Smartfortwo and most mechanics shy away from the brand because it's so niche. On a Friday, I called in around 3:30 pm and asked if they work my the make and model and he confidently said, "Yes." I also inquired whether they can look at the car today if I brought it in within the hour or if I should bring it first thing on Saturday. He made me feel welcome and said they can look at it today. I brought my car in around 4 pm, and they looked at it straight away. Don't get me wrong, these guys are busy, ***but they make the time and effort to provide exceptional service***. In the ~10 mins I was there waiting for their prognosis, 2 other people where being helped by an attendant who was actually trying to leave. But the attendant didn't leave, he chose to happily stay and to help Aleks out. Prognosis: Broken flex pipe. I've heard this before and actually took my car to another locally-owned place in Marlborough (who owns several independent locations around MA with good reviews) and they charged me 3x what Aleks charged. The kicker? The problem returned a couple years later. I asked Aleks if the part was welded before and he said "No". So, what did the Marlborough-guy do for 3x the cost?! I was notified my car was done via text message and was presented with an online invoice that I could pay at home. I picked up my car and paid in office and it's running beautifully. I cannot thank Aleks and his team enough for being so welcoming, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Again, they know their craft well! I highly recommend Iron Wolf to anyone looking for muffler repairs and anything else Aleks says they can do. I trust they will treat you well and will be upfront and honest about your car and its needs.”
